Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

Arizona Cleaning’s mobile message service (“ACMMS”) is operated by Arizona Cleaning (“us” or “we”). By using ACMMS service you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Your ACMMS or features may be modified or canceled without notice. We may modify these terms at any time, subject to applicable law, and your continued use of ACMMS service after the effective date of these changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

We do not charge for ACMMS, but you are fully liable and responsible for any and all fees and charges your wireless provider imposes for text messaging. Data and message rates may apply.

By opting in to ACMMS you are expressing consent to receive recurring periodic text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. You are not required to opt in to receive ACMMS messages as a condition of buying goods and services.

Depending on your purpose of opting in, ACMMS may send messages containing:

  • Transactional information: updates, information, and alerts (example: account alerts, order updates, etc.).
  • Promotional information: specials, promotions, and other marketing offers (example: abandoned cart reminders).
  • Employment application: Call reminders, appointment times, and other messages related to providing applicants with employment information.

ACMMS text messages are sent through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency will not exceed 4 messages per month. We may at our discretion change any short code or telephone number used to operate ACMMS and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any message, including HELP or STOP, sent to a telephone number or short code that we have changed may not be received and that we will not be held liable or responsible for responding or honoring the requests made in those messages. The wireless carriers supported by ACMMS are not liable for undelivered or delayed sms messages. You agree that the mobile phone number you provide us for ACMMS messaging is valid and that you are authorized to use it. You agree to maintain up-to-date, complete, and accurate information as it relates to the receipt of your text messages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Arizona Cleaning harmless from any third-party liability, damages, claims, or costs that arise from your use of ACMMS or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.

As it applies to applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be held liable for delayed, misdirected, or failed delivery of any information sent through ACMMS, any errors or omissions in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take as it relates to the service or information provided by ACMMS.
