Are your employees covered by workers’ compensation insurance? 
Yes.
 
How is quality guaranteed?
Each team has a team supervisor that thoroughly double-checks everyone’s work after completion of the job. Arizona Cleaning backs all work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any area we've cleaned, just call within 24-hours and we'll re clean it free of charge.
 
Are your employees trained?
Yes. Team members are properly trained with the correct cleaning techniques, safety, and product use.
 
Do I need to be home during the service? 
Arizona Cleaning is happy to provide its services to you. Most of our customers are not home at the time of service. Of course, you may stay home to watch our team members work if you choose to, but please be considerate and allow them to work without interruption or distraction if possible.
 
How will your team enter my home?
We care about your home and want you to feel comfortable while we are in it. Most of our customers provide us with a key, however you may also leave a door unlocked, the key hidden someplace, issue garage codes, house security codes, or make sure someone is home when the team arrives.
 
What do I do with my pets when you are cleaning?
We will always be friendly to your pets, won’t let them out of your home, and will work around them. However, sometimes pets don’t like strangers in their home, so we kindly ask you to secure large or aggressive pets as appropriate.
 
What forms of payment do you accept? 
Payment is expected at the time of service. Please place your check or cash on the kitchen table or counter before our team arrives. This is our confirmation that you are expecting us. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee. We also accept credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
 
How do I schedule for my service? 
We will schedule your regular service for a specific day. Because our cleaning teams take the necessary time to clean each home to provide quality of service, we cannot guarantee the exact time we will arrive at your home, but we promise we will do our best to accommodate the time range that best fits your needs. We will always call you the day before the appointment to remind you of your cleaning service. If you need to change your schedule due to a special event, please call us 24-hours in advance.

 

Can I cancel my appointment the same day of service?

A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged without a 24 hour notice.
 
Who provides the equipment and supplies?
Arizona Cleaning provides all equipment and biodegradable products to insure the safety and quality of our service.
 
Do you do special projects?
Yes, we also clean inside of refrigerators, ovens, windows, and patios, fire place all at an additional fee.
 
What if my regular service day falls on a holiday?
If your regularly scheduled cleaning happens to fall on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on another day that week.
